A checklist that asks for twelve conditions will be ignored under time pressure. We ask students to keep three confluence gates and one veto.
Typical gates for our Dollar cohorts: higher-timeframe bias named in one sentence, working-timeframe structure at a marked level, and entry-timeframe timing that does not fight the first two. The veto is often a clean break against the bias on the working chart.
Write the checklist in the language you use at the desk — not academic phrasing. If you trade ASX equities in the morning and FX later, keep two short variants rather than one overloaded sheet.
Bring the checklist to the Alignment Studio or a Bias Clinic and stress-test it on unmarked charts. A pretty sheet that fails under a ninety-second clock is not ready for the cash open.
