Refund and cancellation policy

No online payments

This website does not process payments. Fees are arranged privately after enquiry. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method used in that private arrangement.

Alignment Studio

Cancel fourteen or more days before the first session for a full refund of fees paid. Cancel between thirteen and seven days before for a fifty percent refund. Cancel within six days, or miss sessions without notice, and fees are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. We may offer a transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.

Bias Clinics

Clinic seats cancelled forty-eight or more hours before start receive a full refund or credit to a later clinic. Later cancellations are non-refundable except where the clinic is cancelled by us.

Private coaching

Unused sessions in a four-session package may be rescheduled with forty-eight hours’ notice. Cancelling the whole package before the first session receives a full refund. After the first session, refunds are calculated on unused sessions minus a twenty percent administration fee, unless a consumer guarantee applies.

When we cancel

If we cancel a lesson, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled portion.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
