What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, lesson preference, preferred format, and the message you write. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregate page-view information as described on the cookies page.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to reply, assess suitability for a lesson, and administer enrolments. We use essential technical data to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete enrolment conversations and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser when you choose Accept or Reject.
Disclosure
We may share information with service providers who host email or site infrastructure, and when required by law. Providers are expected to handle information securely and only for the agreed purpose.
Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold by emailing info@nextgentechsystems.digital. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Overseas disclosure
Some hosting or email infrastructure may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure such processing remains consistent with this policy.
